The methods used for their combination with proteins are complex, long-lasting and costly. However, the use of modern computer technology, including computer simulation (in silico) of natural interaction of proteins with nanoparticles can greatly facilitate purposeful search of the ways for development of innovative nanosystems and assessment of their potential impact on the human body. The authors demonstrate the results on computer simulation of the interaction of cytochrome P450 isoform (CYP2E1), which metabolize nearly 10 % types of xenobiotics that enter the body, with a single-layer carbon nanotubes of different diameters and graphene plate.
