The phenomenon of hydraulic impact as one of the most dangerous types of loading the pipes of the oil-pipelines is analyzed. The methods of determination the residual resource of pipes of oil-pipelines with external surface cracks at long-term action of internal pressure, corrosive medium and hydraulic impact are developed. On this basis the residual resource of a pipe of exploited steel X60 of oil-pipeline with internal surface crack at laminar oil flux, soil corrosion and a series of determined hydraulic impacts is determined. It is shown that hydraulic impacts decrease the residual durability of a pipe. The methods of determination the residual durability of a pipe of steel X60 of oil-pipeline with internal surface crack at oil turbulent flux, the pipe corrosion due to rickers water and a series of determined hydraulic impact are formulated. For this purpose a graph of cyclic destruction of exploited steel in corrosive medium of rickers water at high asymmetry of a cycle corresponding to the case of cyclic loading of the pipe wall for oil turbulent flux is constructed. It is determined that hydraulic impacts at oil turbulent flux decrease essentially the pipes residual durability in comparison with laminar oil flux. Product Description popup.authors Андрейків О.Є.
