Purpose - the development of physically-based models of the dynamic behavior for layered composite thin-walled elements of constructions in the interaction of low-and high-frequency by acoustic environments based on the discreteness structure in thickness. Research methods - methods of mechanics of deformable bodies and method of expansion of functions in series of Legendre polynomials. The variant of refined theory of geometrically nonlinear dynamic deformation pliable to shear and compression orthotropic shells with exact satisfaction of the boundary conditions in stresses on the facial surfaces of the passage to the limit value which is obtained by a linear deformation is constructed.
