Within these models the values of thermal and volume effects that accompany the ligand association with HSA have been calculated; on the time scale of 10-12 - 10-7 s the kinetics of the structural relaxation of the protein at the pressure jump conditions has been simulated and the patterns of ligands' action on the conformational dynamics of HAS have been determined.
