In addition, the goal of this work was design and production of the test objects for defectoscope, and canner testing if photo realistic mode. There are analyzed the scarcity of the magnetic defectoscopy tradition approach ad offered novel alternative approach which consists in obtain of the photo realistic images of investigated structures. There are both magnetic defectoscopy approaches were compared. The principles of imaging using raster scan of investigated surfaces are proposed. Based on the Foucault-currents distribution model the scattering fields that arise in the currents flow above defects were calculated. The spatial distribution of the magnetic field in the samples with defects and at the surrounding area was calculated. There are developed and prepared the preproduction models of sensors for defectoscope.
