An aim of work is development of methods of synthesis of benzofuro[2,3 - c]pyridines, benzothieno[2,3 - c]pyridines, tetrahydrofuropyridines and thienopyridines by the use of Pictet- Spengler and Eschweiler-Clark reaction. Research methods are methods of organic synthesis, mass- and NMR- spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis. The methods of receipt of tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3 - c]pyridines, tetrahydrobenzofuro[2,3 - c]pyridines, tetrahydrofuropyridines and thienopyridines are worked out by cyclization of corresponding heterylethylamines derivatives. The Pictet- Spengler reaction in benzothiophen-3-ethylamines and benzofuran-3-ethylamines series were studied. The optimal terms for synthesis of methyl-tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3 - c]pyridines and tetrahydrobenzofuro[2,3 - c]pyridines are found. This methods allow to produced necessary amounts of pyridines for the study of their reactions with the activated alkynes. The new type of catalysts (trialkylchlorosilanes) in the of Pictet-Spengler reaction are proposed, that allow to get necessary heterylpyridines with high yelds and cleanness. The new variant of domino-reactions of tetrahydrobenzofuro[2,3 - c]pyridines and tetrahydrobenzofuro[3,2 - c]pyridines under the action of activated alkynes are found. That reaction led to spirobenzofuranes and 2 -vinylbenzofuranes.
