The aim of the project is to study the influence of gradients of internal fields on the energy structure of natural and induced crystal defects in ZnSe, ZnS and ZnSe1-xSx, as well as the dynamic structure of the functional characteristics. To identify the individual and dynamic energy features generated by various types of defects and their distribution in the crystalline matrix, an original method for processing and analysis of physical signals was developed. It is based on the formation of the photoresponse signatures reflecting the relationship of electronic, electrical and elastic subsystems of the crystal. It is shown that by geometrization of temporal and spectral characteristics of photovoltaic and photodielectric photoresponse into the first and second order signatures in the phase space has become possible to identify their individual dynamic and energetic features. In such signatures appears influence the self-consistent adjustment of the internal fields (electric and elastic) generated by defect compounds of various types and scale, their energy spectra and relaxation. The dynamics of rearrangement of temporal and spectral photoresponses is determined by the nature of relationship between the major subsystems of the crystal. It is perfectly reflected in the integrative descriptors of ordering and balancing of subset of microstates that statistically reflect the state of its constituents of dynamic structure.
