Kholodny Institute of Botany NASU popup.description2 On the basis of results of the phylogenetic analysis based on sequences of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA as well as results of specieal revision of morphological, anatomical and biochemical characters of lichens of the subfamily Teloschistoidese of the family Teloschistaceae for the first time found 15 monophyletic groups among which 4 described as new for science genera (Brownliella, Filsoniana, Fulgogasparrea и Kaernefia), and resurrected the genus Niorma, as well as found 31 monophyletic clades in subfamily Xanthorioideae and 18 monophyletic branches within the subfamily Caloplacoideae of the family Teloschistaceae. 10 new for science lichen species of the genus Caloplaca (Caloplaca austrocoreana, C. dzhankoiensis, C. gilfillaniorum, C. hallasanensis, C. kudratovii, C. piscatorica, C. subconcilians, C. tarani, C. yeosuensis, C. zoroasteriorum), as well as 4 species of the genera Rusavskia (R. dasanensis), Seirophora (S. blumii), and Xanthoria (X. juniperina and X. polessica) are described and illustrated.
