Novikov, Registration Date 30-12-2013 Organization Lviv Polytechnic National University popup.description2 The antimicrobial composition based substance thiosulfonate structure (ETS) and surfactants of microbial origin (biosurfactants) was developed in form of stable suspensions and ointments and its effectiveness was investigated. The application of biosurfactants in preparation enhances antifungal and antibacterial activity of ETS and can reduce its active concentration. Economic calculations have shown that the developed antimicrobial composition has low cost and is competitive if compared with antifungal agents available in the pharmaceutical market. Complex biotechnological methods of soil remediation from oil pollution with the use of consortia of microorganisms, biosurfactants and natural sorbents glauconites were developed in the laboratory conditions.
