The aim is the development and use of hybrid asymptotic methods on solution of applied problems of inhomogeneous environment mechanics on the eigen-values and the creation of the application package to determine the stress-strain state of structures made of composite materials using modern software and visualization methods. In this paper developed asymptotic methods, in particular hybrid method, based on the perturbation of the phase integrals and the principle of Galerkin orthogonality. Reported methods enable us to obtain solutions in scientific problems of nonlinear dynamics constructions and systems, in particular, the nonlinear dynamics of shell constructions with combined static, thermic and dynamic external load, the nonlinear dynamics of a satellite in an elliptical orbit plane and other relevant problems of mathematical physics, which leads to a singular nonlinear differential equations with variable coefficients. In this paper, for the first time, based on exact analytical solutions of the theory of elasticity, obtained an effective elastic properties of the composite material of transversely isotropic matrix and fibers based on kinematic and energy matching conditions. For the first time built stiffness matrix of spatial parallelepipedal finite element based on the moment schemes for fiber composite, considering transversely isotropic properties of the components and the spatial orientation of the fibers. The paper results were used to calculate the shell structures in the SDO establishment "Yuzhnoye" (Dnepropetrovsk), with which for the further development of this scientific direction was concluded a cooperation treaty for 2013-2020. The obtained numerical-analytical approaches and their software implementation can be used to design and improve the constructions of inhomogeneous materials in the respective structural units (design offices, departments of chief designers and other) of industrial enterprises, engineering, metallurgical, construction, transport and other industries.
