Analytical systems for pharmaceuticals' detection based on the nano-structured MIP membranes provide highly-selective and sensitive ibuprofen detection (detection limit - 100 ng/ml) and erythromycin detection (detection limit - 10 ng/ml), which is comparable to the sensitivity of traditional colorimetric and instrumental analytical methods. Stability of the developed sensor systems based on the nanostructured polymers is significantly higher as compared to the stability of the similar devices based on natural biomolecules. The storage stability comprises 12-18 months under storage at room temperature. The structure of the nano-sized binding sites in the nanostructured MIP membranes was predicted and optimized using the methods of computational modeling.
