It was shown that immobilized enzymes remain active for 15 days. Linear range for the determination of glucose is 0,13-7,00 mM detection limit - 0.13 mM. Determination of choline is possible in a range 0,5-500 ?M, with a detection limit of 0.5 ?M. Methods of the chemical modification of the surface of nanodiamonds by carboxyl and amino groups were developed. It was shown that the modification of the electrode surface by layer of nanodiamonds (1%) have increased the biosensor analytical signal (2.7 times). Laboratory model of biosensor for highly sensitive (0.4 ?A / mM), stable (74% activity after 35 days) determination of choline at low working potential (0.4 V) based on carbon electrodes modified by layer of Co-phthalocyanine, nanocomposite film of nafion (1%) with nanodiamonds (1%) and immobilized choline oxidase was optimized. Linear range for the determination of choline is 0.2 ?M-2, 5 mM. A bio-composite membrane with 3-D architecture was constructed by subsequent deposition of nanotubes and nanodiamonds followed by functionalization of this assembly with pyrene nitrilotriacteic acid (NTA) via dip coating. The electropolymerizaton of the pyrene derivative leads to a reinforcement of the structure and allows simultaneously the immobilization of biotin labeled bioreceptor units via coordinative affinity interactions.
