Purpose of work: to develop the system of treatment of breaks of tubular bones for patients which were under act of harmful factors of metallurgical production. Research methods: experimental methods of research - for the design of breaks of long tubular bones, study of influence of harmful ecological factors, on bone fabric. Histological - for the estimation of structural features of bone fabric, and also specific of reparativnogo osteogeneza. Morphometric - for ob''ektivizacii of histological criteria and comparative analysis. Clinical for an estimation states of bone fabric of patient and efficiency of the conducted treatment. Roentgenologic for the exposure of character of traumatic damage, state of bone fabric, and at cicatrization.For patients which were under act of harmful factors of metallurgical production the breaks of long tubular bones arose up on a background osteopenii and osteoporosis which testifies to violation of processes of mineralizacii and kosteobrazovaniya. 128 patients entered in a basic group with the breaks of diafiza of long bones of extremities which the developed methods of surgical and medicinal treatment are applied and 97,6% positive results are got, as compared to 300 by the patients of control group where 87% is got results. Results and their novelty: in the flow of five years of implementation of cathedral NIR nosotropic influence of toksikogeniv of metallurgical industry (to the acetate of lead, sirkoviy anhydride, dioxide of nitrogen, oxide to the carbon et al) is set on bone fabric of zoons. Developed method of operative treatment of breaks of long bones by the closed littletraumatic method, with the use of vehicle of the external fixing. The new method of stimulation of osteoregeneracii breaks of long bones is applied withthe use of bone autotransplantativ and feature of their fixing. On the offered methods declarative patents are got on inventions. Research results are inculcated in practical work of Institute of pathology of spine of large joints by him. prof M.I.
