The work goal is to study determination of lines for development of space technology, scientific and technical support for projects of the National Target-Oriented Scientific and Technical Space Program of Ukraine for 2013-2017. The research methods are systems analysis, conceptual analysis, information and analytical methods, mathematical simulation, methods of expert examination. The results obtained. The expert examinations, analysis and projects coordination for the SRC Cyclon-4, its components, Microsat, Sich-2M, MS-2-8 spacecraft and their components are carried out. The financial and economic estimation for the Conception of Realization of Ukraine's State Policy for Space Activities and the National Target-oriented Scientific and Technical Space Program for 2013-2017 is made. The studies on development, introduction and support of standard and technical documentation on creation, manufacturing and operation of rocket and space technology are conducted. Materials of the State Space Agency of Ukraine for Sessions of the International Committee on Space Debris are prepared and the results of their activities are analyzed. The world's trends and lines of development of space complexes in the space-complex market are analyzed. Applications: Ukraine's space industry. The research results can be used by design, scientific organizations and enterprises involved in development of rocket and space technology in the design, the search and R&D.
