At 58 patients it is made studying of indexes of specific and not specific immunity. It is shown that HIV-infection progressing is accompanied by reduction of absolute number of CD 3-lymphocytes, absolute and relative number of CD 4-lymphocytes and immunoreactivity index. Patients with HIV-infection, irrespective of CD 4-lymphocytes level, are increased the level of circulating immune complexes(with 5,8 to 13,6-15,9). With a significant immunodeficiency (the quantity of CD 4-lymphocytes <200 mkl-1) the functional-metabolic status of phagocytes and their bactericidal activity decline against increase of activity of system of a complement. Against HAART at a HIV-infected statistically significantly the absolute quantity of CD 4-lymphocyte (on 57 %), relative quantity CD 4-lymphocytes (on 50 %) and an immunoreactivity index (in 2 times) are raised after 24 weeks an initiation of treatment. The cumulative surviving of patients with a HIV-infection at carrying out HAART for three years of supervision compounds 87 %. Quantity CD4-lymphocyte less than 100 mkl-1 before beginning HAART it is necessary to consider as unfavorable predictor of surviving among patients with a HIV-infection. Dynamics of increase of level of average volume of erythrocytes on HAART can be used, as indirect objective criterion of adherence of the patient to treatment.
