The research goal is to develop the structure of mathematical models, methods of evaluation of the space projects efficiency and analyze the methods for studying the multicriterion alternatives and the world's trends towards space activities. The research methods are systems analysis, mathematical modeling, numerical methods, multidimensional statistical analysis, information and analytical methods. The results obtained. The structure of a mathematical model of a solid-propellant booster which can improve the capabilities of the existing and new launch vehicles is developed. A module of a mathematical model and a generalized algorithm are developed allowing determination of the power characteristics of the solid-propellant rocket engine at the stage of an initial design. A method of parametric identification of sets of the autoregression equations with the random coefficients is proposed. This method can improve the efficiency of simulation of the space-rocket technology products according to the observed results of its operation. A structural and target-oriented analysis of development of the prospecting space technologies and controlling facilities is presented. In the frame of the concept of an intellectual environment a cognitive calculated model for determination of competitive strategies of solution of the low-structured problems is presented. A methodic base for creation of the procedure for a financial and economical validity of the mid-continued (5 years) and long-continued (up to 15-20 years) State Space Programs in Ukraine is proposed. A system of criteria of the efficiency of research and technical projects is formed. The world's trends towards evolution of space activities, the launch-service market, transportation space systems, space communications and Earth remote observation are analyzed. Methods for studying the multicriterion alternatives for solution of problems on priority of projects are analyzed and classified. A possibility of adapting and using the verbal solution analysis methods for evaluation of projects and formation of programs of scientific and technical research is reported.
