The zoning and expanding the area of the object of the NRF of Ukraine to be created is grounded. An important historical, cultural, environmental, scientific, aesthetic, recreational and other values of the estate complex and surrounding areas are scientifically proven. A conservational assessment of the flora and fauna of the proposed RLP "Maximova Dacha" is done. The peculiarities of use of the area and its historical and cultural significance are shown. Data on scientific and conservational importance of the object of the NRF of Ukraine to be created are presented, suggestions and recommendations of a regime of its use are proved. Extensive mapping and illustrative data are included in the scientific feasibility study, the list of the regulatory, legislative and archival documents is appended.
