Also the method for evaluation of index of rate of the maximum allowable input of pollutants to aquatic basins was developed, which integrates toxicity of the contaminants and the rate of processes of self-purification of marine environments. Experimental studies have shown that the adaptive reaction mechanism of photopigments green alga Ulva rigida Ag. the effects of toxicants corresponds to a system of automatic regulation by the deviation with the negative feedback loop.
