The concept of the system for storing and representing information about unicellular algae has developed. The computer atlases of the Black Sea bioluminescent dinophyta (37 specific and infraspecific taxa), the Black Sea benthic diatoms genera (141 genera) and benthic diatom species from the genus Lyrella Karayeva (26 specific and infraspecific taxa) have been created. The geometric models of bioluminescent dinophyta covers and computer program for calculating their biovolumes and surface areas have been developed. The interannual variability of dinophyta morphometric values has been studied and seasonal polymorphism of the species of genus Neoceratium (N. furca, N. fusus, N. tripos) has been detected.
