With the help of modern morphological studies (organometry, light microscopy, histomorphometry, electron microscopy, geometric morphometry, biochemical studies and statistical analysis) regularities of morphofunctional changes at the organ, tissue, cellular and sub-cellular levels of the organization in the pituitary gland, thyroid, adrenal glands, thymus, spleen, tibia and mandible at the experimental conditions were detected. Found that local pharmacological treatment with the general antioxidant effect ("Thiotriazolin" and "Tincture of Echinacea purpurea" dosed of 117 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg respectively) have a corrective effect on the organs of the endocrine, immune and skeletal systems in ecologically adverse effects of volatile component of epoxy resins.
