The activity indexes analysis of modern cultural establishment - Kharkiv Academic theater of musical comedy - is ac-complished. Such activities as producing different theatrical performances, branding and forming marketing department are proposed for supporting development strategy of this establishment. The cyclical cause-effect charts are used for the first time to reach goals of the strategic planning. The economic efficiency calculations of introduced propositions are given.
