The purpose can be obtained by a comparative analysis of neurologic and cognitive functions renewal, mortality level, size of postnecrotic deffect and neoangiogenesis between different experimental groups. Cell suspensions had transplanted using different ways of injection. Experimental results demostrated that MSCs had a positive influence on renewal of neurologic functions in animals. In case of MSCs application, decreasing a size of necrotic defect,accelerating processes of nervous tissue reparation, increasing in area of vessels.
