The purpose of research - to establish patterns of growth and development of plants, the formation of crop productivity and quality of potato tubers, depending on the effectiveness of green manure, residual straw, biological fertilizers, plant protection from pests and diseases biologics. For the first time in the south of Ukraine study the dependence of the yield and quality of potato tubers from using fertilizer plant (straw, green manure), doses of mineral nutrition and determination combined application of fertilizers and biological products. The highest yield of potatoes - 32.2 t / ha per year in the form of studies obtained with mineral fertilizers norm N60P60K45 on background with green manure. The tendency of increasing yields by application of biological Baikal EM-1 on the same ground, which is 25.8 t / ha. Against the background of a straw incorporation into the soil was an increase in yield from 21.4 t / ha for the control to 28.6 t / ha for the version where the fertilizers were introduced norm N60P60K45, and the version with the processing plants drug Baikal EM-1 was obtained 24 8 t / ha of potato tubers. In the study of the effectiveness of the use of drugs of biological origin to protect potato plants against pests and diseases was the best option with the recommended system of plant protection, while the yield was 26.2 t / ha of potatoes, which is 7.5 t / ha higher than in control .
