The work purpose - on the basis of improvement psychograms, additions with their equations of regression which will allow to define the importance of a contribution of each professionally important quality in the general assessment of professional suitability to combat activities, to develop system of forecasting of efficiency of professional activity of candidates for military service under the contract of various types of parts of internal troops on certain military and registration specialties, and also candidates for study in Academy of internal troops of the MIA of Ukraine. Research methods - theoretical (the analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization of received information and its interpretation), empirical (a psychodiagnostic method, expert estimates), methods of mathematical statistics (Student's t-test, correlation, regression, factorial analyses). In work approaches to determination of efficiency of activity of militiamen are considered. Results of empirical determination of professionally important qualities which provide efficiency of combat activities of the military personnel of internal troops and success of development of military specialties during training in the highest military educational institutions are presented. Are developed psychograms the military personnel of internal troops. The automated complex "Psychodiagnostic" for implementation of selection and distribution of candidates to training in the highest military educational institutions and on military service under the contract in various types of military units of internal troops is improved and adjusted.
