There was isolated from fish the pathogenic isolate Aeromonas salmonicida, four isolates Aeromonas hydrophila, one isolate Pseudomonas aeruginosa, from the Azov and the Black seas there was isolated one isolate V.alginolyticus, one isolate V. Rarahaemolyticus one isolate V.cholerae. There was developed the test system for the identification of microorganisms of the genus Aeromonas and Pseudomonas.
