Purpose of work: - research components of the system of innovation providing and consulting at the development of animal protection means; - conducting patent and market study, analysis of relevant documents and decisions of the objects of intellectual property; - creation a database of domestic and foreign manufacturers of veterinary drugs and database of the most competitive innovative developments of the institute; - development of standard operating procedures for biosafety. Methods of research: the study of relevant documents by the method of information search: thematic, analytical, comparative, classification and rubrication. Research results: - There has been determined that the system of innovation providing and consulting at the development of animal protection means involves three successive stages: creation, distribution and determination of the economic effects of commercialization and providing of scientific developments in bioindustry production, as well as providing of consulting and advisory services. - There has been created a database of domestic and foreign manufacturers of veterinary drugs. - There has been created a database of the most competitive objects of intellectual property of the NSC "IECVM". - There has been developed a draft document "Standard operating procedures for biosafety".
