Bovine sperm. The subject of research. Sanitary - hygienic level of frozen bovine sperm. Sterile cryopreservative for bovine semen dilution. Research methods. Chemical, virological, bacteriological, molecular genetic techniques and methods for determining biological properties of frozen bull semen. It was found out that 7 series (11.4%) of 61 of frozen semen did not meet the standard by biological parameters, and 17 series (27.8%) had a total bacterial contamination that exceeded the minimal permissible limits in 3-4 times. In some series of frozen semen revealed the presence of DNA IBRV, chlamydia and RNA of viral diarrhea virus that indicated about centralized semen control, which use in the farms of Ukraine and during export-import and domestic exchanges of genetic resources. The sensitivity of isolated microorganisms to chlorhexidine and probiotics "Bolmol" was studied. All isolated cultures were sensitive to the antiseptic chlorhexidine at a concentration of 0.2 - 0.02%, indicating the possibility of prepuce sanitization by this preservative in combination with probiotics "Bolmol". It was carried out the method of rehabilitation of bull prepuce with the mix of these drugs. 500 ml of sterile cryopreservative to liquefy semen which has been tested in a production medium were prepared. The research of using concentrated cryopreservative on 9 samples of ejaculate obtained from 4 bulls was performed. Biological indicators of sperm after unfreezing in the experiments were: a) - activity after thawing - 4,7 ± 1,2; absolute survival rate Sa (unit) - 22,7 ± 1,2; survival in hours (t) - 8,9 ± 0,05 and controls respectively: a) - 4,5 ± 1,2; Sa - 15,3 ± 0,02; t - 7,5 ± 0,05. In comparative studies fertilization ability of frozen bull semen in a sterile cryoprotective medium in the experiments with cows it was found that 75% after the first insemination and in control 64.7%, respectively.
