Object of work - experimental researches of the prototype car on conformity assessment to requirements of the technical assignment "Compartment sleeping car on locomotive traction for international traffic on railways with 1520 mm and 1435 mm gauge. Mod. 61-7034" and applicable normative documents on following parameters: -operability of equipment and systems, providing fire, electro and traffic safety; -electrotechnical characteristics; -electromagnetic compatibility with signaling and communicating devices; -heat engineering characteristics; -noise and infrasound parameters. Experimental researches results for the passenger car on locomotive traction for international traffic, carried out in stationary conditions and traffic conditions on Ukrzaliznica railways are given in the report. Tests were made according to type procedure and industrial standards, developed by SE "UkrNIIV" and approved in established order. Research work results can be used for design debugging of electrical equipment components and systems, providing comfort conditions of the car to meet the requirements of the ND. Carried tests have great meaning for development of domestic car building, specifically for mastering manufacture of cars with dimensions 03-VM for international traffic.
