On the developed method the calculation of the tense-deformed state and tireless longevity of surfacing details of type of stamps and rental rollers is conducted. It is set that surfacing with a plastic sublayer provides a decline on 25...30 % tensions in the most loaded external working layer, as a result on 30...35 % thermal firmness of surfacing detail rises. The calculation of the tense-deformed state is executed after surfacing and in the process of exploitation of rotors of Vz-32 and Vz-42. It is set that remaining tensions in the recovered details of rotors arrive at the limit of fluidity, therefore after surfacing of rotor treatments are subject thermal. On results researches surfacing materials are chosen, technological instructions are developed on surfacing and control of quality of details of metallurgical and ore mining and processing equipment (rotors of Vz-32 and Vz-42, corps and pins of mills of selfgrowing shallow, light carts of annealing of blast-furnace okatyshey, rental rollers, stamps). On the developed technologies jointly OOO «Best Layn» is executed surfacing of the chosen details. Surfacing details are passed on model tests in the conditions of GOKov city of Krivoi Rog.
