In general, negative emotions: anger, fear, sadness, affect the quality of the solution of problems in the process of stress development. The equations have been developed, helping to quantify the effect on the quality of the emotional background of various components of the operating activity. We propose a method for implementing a stimulus of emotions in simulating an operator's activity for further studies. The results of studies can be used for studying fundamental mechanisms of human adaptation in operator's occupational activity. An integral index of the reliability of the operator's activity has been developed. The availability of several mechanisms in formation of the operator's functional state under high information load have been defined, which depend on the character and work conditions and which need improving work conditions. It is established that in a wide age range a phenomenon of the balance in the mortality of individuals of both sex is nonlinear. Some particular changes in the electrical brain activity, depending on the emotional state of the operator, solving complicated tasks, may be considered as a marker of the quality of the operator's activity. It is shown that the development of the chronic fatigue in the intensive work is accompanied by significant changes in the structure of the relationships of psychophysiological functions, reflecting the state of the psycho-emotional sphere of workers with different levels of chronic fatigue. A structure-functional diagram for formation of the corresponding emotional state for man-operator has been proposed.
