The research aim is study the morpho-functional state and the conformational changes of proteins and nucleic acids of cultured cells with the introduction of the gold nanoparticles. The research methods are cultural one, light microscopy, flow cytometry, infrared spectroscopy in the modification SEIRA. The results of the research work. It is shown that gold nanoparticles with polysaccharides (Au1) and nanoparticles of gold of sol state (Au2) in concentrations of 3 and 6 Mg/ml have a stimulating effect on the proliferative capacity of the cells. The increase of the concentration of nanoparticles up to 12 Mg/ml reduces the rate of cell proliferation at all stages of observation compared with control. Flow cytometrys studies have shown that the presence of nanoparticles Au1 in the culture medium to a small extent is the development of apoptosis. IR spectroscopy revealed that the cultivation of cells with gold nanoparticles with polysaccharides and nanoparticles of gold of sol state in the concentration of 12 ?g/ml are conformational changes in the structure of nucleic acids and destruction of cells, as indicated by the band of 1617-1620 cm-1. The data of the IR spectra of cells are shown that small concentrations of Au1 and Au2 (0,3-3 Mg/ml) did not cause conformational changes of cells. It is illustrated that IR spectroscopy provides qualitative information on conformational changes of proteins, lipids and nucleic acids in living, necrotic cells or in cells at the stages of apoptosis.
