The research aim is to study of the of the effect cryopreserved autological multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells of bone marrow on regeneration of degenerative tendon injuries under generalized and local introduction. The research methods are cultural one, cryopreservation, light microscopy, histological and biomechanical analysis, surgical methods with laboratory animals. The results of the research work. The dynamics of influence of cryopreserved autological MSCs in the treatment of degenerative tendon injury was investigated. Histological studies have shown that cryopreserved MSCs under generalized and local introduction has a positive effect on the recovery of damaged tendons, which was manifested by normalization of the structural and functional organization of the Achilles tendon. The strength of the animal's tendons with the MSCs treatment did not differ authentically from the corresponding parameter in the group of intact animals.
