The work purpose - development energy efficiency increase facilities of electric drives by use of internal capacitor compensation of reactive power. Research methods - elements of the system analysis, methods of technical electrodynamics, analytical with use of the theory of the generalized electromechanical converter of energy, mathematical and physical modeling, experimental. The mode of internal capacitor compensation of reactive power of induction motors is reasonable, the mathematical model of the generalized compensated induction motor is developed. Laboratory installation for induction motors experimental research is created. Experimental samples of the compensated induction motors are made. By results of research recommendations about modernization of induction motorts with use of internal capacitor compensation of reactive power are developed during a major repair. Use area - the enterprises of agro-industrial complex for repair of induction motors.
