The aim was to study the prevalence and characteristics of a common skin diseases (psoriasis, allergic) in adolescents in different regions of Ukraine and to optimize medical care patients. Methods: statistical, epidemiological and clinical analysis. The analysis of the incidence of contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis and psoriasis in Luhansk, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, Poltava regions and Crimea. Studied the epidemiological and clinical characteristics in 337 adolescents and 189 persons under 20 years of patients allergic dermatoses (kontatkny dermatitis, atopic dermatitis), psoriasis. Analyzed the prevalence and incidence in Ukraine and five regions of these dermatoses for 2001-2011 studied climatic and geographical, economic and environmental characteristics of the regions, the clinical features of allergic and psoriasis. Identify the most typical symptoms of contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis, and the value of associated pathology, nutrition, weather factors and stress. Heredity of atopic dermatitis reported in 12.1% of patients in Lugansk, in 20.0% - in Kharkiv, in 50.1% of patients in the Chernivtsi region, 11.5% - in the Crimea. The clinical manifestations of psoriasis prevailed, which suffers a sudden rash of disseminated psoriasis as primarily lenticular papules, rash in skin folds. There has been a loss of nail plates by type punctiform onihodistrofii. In a detailed clinical and laboratory evaluation established the presence of the latent form of psoriatic arthritis and osteoporosis cases. Loss is detected seasonal course of psoriasis in a significant number of patients. Heredity of psoriasis varies in the regions from 18.1% to 58.6%. Treatment of patients are under orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
