Identify possible methods and approaches to assess the potential of pluripotent cells after a long period of incubation. The objectives of the study was to determine the kinetic parameters of the growth of human stem cells in culture, the assessment of the expression of certain markers tumorigenic tumor cells under the influence of biologically active substances of biological origin and a comparative analysis of the above parameters at different stages of cultivation. The comparison was performed on the expression level of estrogen receptors, epidermal growth factor receptor, cytokeratins and E-cadherin. Conducted a long selection techniques of cultivation and differentiation of MSCs. Analyzed the kinetic curves of growth time under different conditions of incubation. The effect of conditioned medium from MSC on the expression of estrogen receptor and the epidermal growth factor receptor, cytokeratins AE1 and AE3, 5, 6, 8, 18, E-cadherin, breast cancer cells, MCF-7 cells. It is demonstrated that after incubation with Kmedium from MSC estrogen receptor expression, epidermal growth factor receptor and E-cadherin is reduced and expression of cytokeratins remains at reference level. Thus, in general the results of the expression of 5-markers of malignant transformation K medium from MSCs exhibits antitumor properties.
