A research purpose is the gamma-emission measurings exactness increasing at the radiation control at NPP and enterprises of the nuclear fuel cycle. Theoretical and experimental researches were carried out with the use of mathematical analysis methods, probability and mathematical statistics theory, theory of mathematical modeling and statistical data processing methods by the "MathCAD" and "MatLab" software. The exactness increase improvement method of gamma-radiation operative spectrometry control is considered in this research work. The accuracy increase task with simultaneous power extension range of gamma-radiation levels from 0,01 to 10 MeV is resolved in a real time. Application of probabilistic form of data presentation is proposed, that allows considerably to decrease the hardware volume of the developed devices and increase their radiation stability due to property of noise integration. The scheme-technical solutions of wide-range extra accuracy gamma-spectrometer, and also primary transformers analogue-probability, are developed. The work simulation of the proposed solutions is made. A software product, executing the correction coefficients calculation of measure sensitiveness power dependence in the chosen power range, allowing to extend the power measuring range for existent measuring systems, is written.
