The research is vital because it helps improve public health through the quality of its food and natural environment of Crimea. The paper analyzes the history of the production of organic foods, suggests organic strategies for Sevastopol city. Video presentations of the results are developed in Russian and in Engilsh language in the dvd format. Obtained results are used by the GIZ international project on promotion of organic products in Sevastopol. Potentially the material can also be used in universities of Ukraine in teaching courses of general and strategic management.
