To achieve this goal used complex methods, appropriate to study the phenomenon, in particular: methods of analysis for the collation and comparison of different scientific views on the investigated problem, study of the experience of implementation of socio-pedagogical work in the rural region, survey methods (interview), the monitoring. The problems of training of future social workers to work with rural youth; characterized approaches to the disclosure of the essence of activity of a social pedagogue in the conditions of rural society; defines the peculiarities of the structure and functions of the principles of professional activity of a social pedagogue in rural community; contents of socio-pedagogical work with rural youth in the Centers of social services for family, children and youth and activities, principles of social assistance and services as a means of socialization of rural youth; disclosed socio-educational work on prevention of delinquency among the rural youth as a condition for the implementation of socio-pedagogical work with rural youth in Ukraine.
