The purpose of the study is theoretical basis and practical development of a structure for monitoring of agricultural resources in basic level, the allocation of the constituent components of the system, determination of its functional purpose for the basic and regional levels based on integration of multispectral remote sensing data and GIS-technologies and land surveys. Research methods: remote sensing; geoinformation analysis and modeling; mathematical methods of approximation of functions, mathematical statistics, field and laboratory methods. The developed structure of the geodatabase for providing the system of monitoring of agricultural resources, identifies the major sub-systems and their tasks; a role of the space segment of remote monitoring of agricultural resources; a characterization of the service-oriented architecture monitoring system of agricultural resources.
