The purpose of this research is to determine the total economic impact and changes surplus producers and consumers with the introduction of export restrictions on agricultural products under the FTA with the EU. The main objectives are methodical study design and conduct economic impact of restrictions on exports of agricultural products to the state, producers and consumers in the formation of an FTA with the EU. The method of research - methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of cognition, which allows a comprehensive analysis of financial and economic instruments regulate foreign economic activities and their impact on the market of certain goods in the country of export and the country of destination, the objective economic laws and general theoretical principles of agricultural economics. The report analyzes the regulatory framework for the implementation of agro-trading products between Ukraine and the European Union, the estimated benefits and challenges in promoting domestic products to the European market and provides a comparison with the CIS. Provided a theoretical and methodological aspects of the analysis based on the theory of welfare, are aspects of regulation of certain markets in the EU are exposed methodology for assessing the effects of changes in the terms of trade for certain market participants, consumers and the public.
