Purpose - to examine the structure and biodiversity of soil microbial complex of Ukraine during the growth of different crops growing combined with usage of common and molecular genetic methods. As a result of the research it was proved that agroecological condition of sod-podzolic sandy soils is greatly influenced with moisture conditions, including waterlogging, and unstable contrasting redox regime as factors of Micromycetes conidias and infestation of plants by the root rot. For the first time through the method of total soil DNA cloning benchmarking study of a dominant prokaryote genotypes' structure in sod-podzolic soils was given, that formed under the resting fallow conditions, fiber flax monoculture permanent culture of flax and crop rotation.
