Novelty: features of formation of institutional structure of a transitional economy of Ukraine are defined; the methodological base of formation of models of social policy is improved; features of functioning of a labor market in the conditions of transformational economy are defined; the conceptual principles of economic development in a context of globalization tendencies are defined; the system of indicators of diagnostics of quality management of trade service at the enterprises of consumer cooperation is proved.
