The aim of research: to increase the technical level of processes and equipment by improving of the development and research of new functional mechanisms. Research methods: theoretical research on mathematical models and other experimental studies on laboratory setups using tensometric equipment. Theoretical and practical results: 1 The causes of dynamic instability of choke-regulating valves in control system of hydraulic machines were determined. 2 Deformation indicators for the first draw in the whole ribbon were identified. 3 The possibility of dynamic regulation of the crank closed height was justified. 4 The mathematical model of wear for friction tool during the tangential spinning of the tube ends was proposed. 5 The intensity of heat flow generated by the friction work during the tangential spinning was determined. 6 By the finite-element modeling the mechanism of folding during spinning of thin-walled tube was established. 7 It was shown, that the use pore-former increases the operational properties of the double-layer filters. 8. The influence of pulsing electric current modes on the uniformity of the temperature field during compaction of powder materials was defined. Novelty: 1. It was found, that the width of the blank group and the diameter of blank for the first drawing should be chosen from the relative diameter of the semi-finished product. 2. The effectiveness of the stepped deformation of samples, which increases the accuracy of the stamped forgings, was shown. 3. The possibility of spinning tubular blanks by friction tool without preheating was justified. 4. A finite element model of the spinning process of thin-walled tubular blanks by friction tool was proposed. Scope of application: Stamping, Forging, Pressing.
