These data is used to the searching of the technological conditions of synthesis of these materials by different methods. AFM - spectroscopy of the surface of the synthesized heterostructures was used. Images of the surfaces has been treated by the multifractal analyses. The bulk samples of the chalcogenide glass were obtained. The high quality substrates for the synthesis of composite structures were produced.
