In the same area ex-solution abundant cementite in the form of a grid on borders pearlite grains that can be one of the reasons of formation of the brittle fracture (break) is revealed. Nonmetallic inclusions by fragile and plastic silicates, oxides and sulphides of the various form and the sizes are presented. The optimum composition of the plastic nonmetallic inclusions answering eutectic in which the sum of the cores oxides to average 50-60 % and Al2O3 to 10 % is defined. In the zone of break increase of size mi-crohardness (to 30-60 %) is observed, that specifies in possibility of local change in metal structure. Plastic properties of a steel in this zone can appear considerably lowered, as promotes formation of brittle fracture .
