It was found that Bіg Dyn at micromolar concentrations can cause stochastic transien fluctuations of the cellular membrane conductivity of the membrane. Submicromolar concentrations of Dyn A caused similar changes in conductivity as well as large fragment of dynorphin Bіg Dyn (6-26), but not Dyn B. The action of Bіg Dyn was compared with well-known cell-penetrating peptide Arg9. Bіg Dyn-induced fluctuations in the conductivity was dependent on extracellular concentration of calcium and magnesium. An estimate of the pore diameter were made in assumption that Bіg Dyn forms cylinder shaped ion-conducting channel in the membrane. Product Description popup.authors Волкова Т.М. Максимюк О.П.
