The aim of the work - taking of inventory of the specific composition of insects, reptiles, birds, mammals and higher vascular plants, the species that are brought to the protecting lists. Description of vegetation. Determination of the quantity of reptiles, birds and mammals, the investigation of features of their biology and ecology. Development of biotechnical measures directed to the improvement of the state of ecosystem and protection of rare species. Analysis of scientific - experimental ecologic-educational, nature protecting activity of NNP. The methods of the research - field accounts and researches according to generally accepted methods in zoology, botany and hydrology. In the research about the scientific - experimental work the information about creation, location, previous distributing of territory on the levels of protecting, hydrology, relief of territory of NPP, meteorological indexes of 2012 are given. An annotated list of the vascular plants (596 species) and rarity plants (28 species) and the description of vegetation is given. The characteristic of the ornitofauna of the park in nesting period is given 114 species are detected. Previous lists of representatives of Lepidoptera, Rhopalocera (16 species) and Scoliidae, Hymenoptera (4 species) are given. Data on the quantity of reptiles, birds and mammals, the investigation of features of their biology and ecology are represented. The lists of rare species of animals in NNP are determined Hirudinea - 2 species, Myriapoda - 1, Bivalvia - 2, Gastropoda - 1, Crustacea - 14, Insecta - 47, Reptilia - 4, Aves - 48, Mammalia - 25. The basic results of the scientific - experimental ecologic-educational, nature protecting a ctivity in NNP are brought and directions of activity for 2013 are determined. Recommendations on introduction of biotechnical measures directed on improvement of the state of ecosystem maintainance of rare species are given. The special attention is spared on the priority object of protection - the natural boundary of "Bienkovi plavni". The results may be used at the conclusion of following release of Red book of Ukraine other scientific works, developments of nature protection recommendations and introduction of monitoring after the state of ecosystems and objects of animal and vegetable worlds.
