Тhe object of research - grade of diesel fuel premium in the climatic conditions of Ukraine. The purpose of research - determining the optimal ratio between brands of diesel fuel premium for the storage in the state reserve to the climatic conditions of Ukraine. To achieve this goal have been studied requirements for the quality of diesel fuel premium, the climate of Ukraine, carried out statistical analysis of meteorological conditions and trends of emergency situations in Ukraine, the calculation of daily, monthly and annual variations in air temperature and set high (maximum) and low (minimum ) temperature for the 2007 - 2011 in the north, south, east and west Ukraine. Research methods - the method of mathematical statistics, statistical data analysis. The novelty of the results. The distribution of grades of diesel fuel premium across regions in proportion to the temperature of filterability and average air temperatures for the period 2007-2011 as a percentage. The practical significance of the results. The optimal ratio between brands of diesel fuel premium for long-term storage in the public reserve on the territory of Ukraine, depending on fluctuations in the average temperatures of air and makes recommendations for high-quality diesel fuel that can be laid on the long-term storage in the state reserve. Economic efficiency. Implementation of the recommendations of the State Reserve can fulfill its functions by the state at any time during the year, including during emergencies.
