On the basis of the conducted analysis normatively technical to the document in relation to terms and terms of storage of financial values, the programs of researches of financial values, which are kept in government reserve over 4 years and the conducted researches with the purpose of lengthening of shelf-lives financial values, are developed. Practical value of the got results. On the basis of the got results of researches, recommendations are developed in relation to subsequent storage of financial values in government reserve.
