The contemporary state of the bental communities in the hypoxic zones was estimated, peculiarities of the different level terminal hypoxia affect as well as different level permanent hypoxia affect on the benthos communities construction was revealed. The data obtained may be used in organizations of Ministries of ecology and natural resources, extraordinary situations, education and science, youth and sport, health protection, and also in the organs of local administrative power.
